Hazeley Developments
Hazeley Developments are a luxury home builder, with homes around Winchester and finished to a very high standard, they needed marketing materials to reflect this. This development consisted of ten apartments in Arlesford, built on the site of a former police station. The development logo is based on a police badge as a reference to the history of the site. The marketing brochures have luxurious gold foil covers with matte lamination and a simple, clean design which matches their brand identity and other marketing materials.
